So I just upgraded to Premium...

So I just upgraded to Premium...

And the Windows app won't let me stream high quality files. Says I need to upgrade. Which I've already done as appears in my account settings. And I can't find the email to the customer service anywhere. I'm annoyed. I'm officially annoyed. Annoyed annoyed annoyed.

I tried following these steps https://support.spotify.com/ca-en/problems/#!/article/i-upgraded-to-premium-why-am-i-on-free-2 to no avail. Still not working. If someone could tell me how to reach the customer service that would be great.

ETA, it doesn't work on iOS either.
