I am being notified that my account is on hold... But yet my debit was charged 3 times! I can't get in touch with anyone. I am so angry

I agree that Spotify needs a number that people can call. They put you through circles and you still can't fix your issue that you have,
This morning I was thinking about renewing my subscription so I went online and I was looking at the offers. I started renewing with the student offer of 50% off, however after I had put in my card information i decided I didn't want to do it anymore so didn't proceed. I'm still working with the Spotify free, but I got charged $4.99. I don't want to renew any more and I don't want to be charged. If they had a number this would already be taken care of.

If you've received then, an automated email directing you back to the help pages, please reply to it even if it's a no-reply. It works! A member of the Spotify staff will see to this issue for you.

Or, if you have, and have a case number, I can escalate this issue for you to the right team.

To use the contact form follow this link here and after you choose the right steps, press the green "I still need help" button. After you've sent the form you should receive an automated reply reply directing you back to the help pages. Please make sure you reply to it even if it's a no-reply.
