My Question or Issue

We changed spotify account and my daughter cannot log anymore. The message is that she cannot log to a new account before 12 months !!!

Also she doesn't want change account because she has all her playlist on it 

We pay for a spotify duo and we cannot use it ?

Can you please be more specific regarding the changing accounts part? What has exactly changed?

 

All users can only switch Premium Duo/Family plans once every 12 months. 🙂

thank you Maxim for your answer, but the situation is 

1/ I first invited my daughter with a premium duo 

2/ I made a mistake then I had to cancel this account and change account with the premium duo 

3/ I switch off the first premium duo and invited her again 

4/ but she cannot join the new account ! with the message that she cannot join a premium duo plan only in 12 month 

 

We are paying a duo account we cannot use ! 

and I do not understand this rule 

 

Can you help us ? 

What should be the solution ?

I recommend asking her if she was part of a different Premium Family/Duo plan before joining your first Duo plan. 🙂

 

When you join a Family/Duo plan, you're able to switch to a different one once every 12 months. But since she's getting the error message, it means that she must've already been part of a different plan before joining your first Duo plan, hence she's unable to join your second Duo plan.

BUT this previous account is not anymore available, so she cannot use it anymore !!!

By "account", you're referring to the Premium Family/Duo plan she was in previously? If so, she can either wait 12 months or create a new account at https://spotify.com/signup to join another plan now. 🙂

OK then qs she do not want to change account because she has all her playlist registered 

Do you have a solution to transfert the playlist from her account to a new one ?
