Spotify Family: Members didn't get Mail for Adr. Verification

Hey Com 🙂 

 

After more than 5 years of using the family plan, I have my 1st problem: address verification of my family members.
I have received info that my members have received a request to verify their address. I have contacted my members and looked in their mailboxes, and unfortunately could not find an email. Not in spam, not in the trash.

Now the 7 days are up and 2 of the users are already banned and unfortunately cannot join now.

What to do now? I know the policy "Members who do not confirm their address or enter a wrong one will be excluded from the family plans and Duo plan for 12 months". Unfortunately, my members have not received this email.

 

I have not been able to find a support email address in a hurry either....

I would be happy if the issue can be taken up here and solved together.

My family account has 6 members, two of them were supposed to confirm the address to continue on the plan.
But this email were never sent and one of them lost the family account.
I can´t see what email they registered and there´s no option to resend it
