Hey.
I've got a problem.
I have Onkyo TX8050 and Nexus 5 with Onkyo remote app.
My internet connection is fine on both onkyo and smartphone.
I've tried to log in on my phone on Onkyo app, but i can only choose to log in by username and password, when my account was created via facebook.
I've tried a lot of combinations of logins, emails, passwords, etc., nothing works.
I've even tried the option of "set a password for a device" on my profile on spotify website, that login and password didnt work aswell.
Can someone tell me how can i log in to my onkyo device?
Or can Spotify admin set me login and password connected to my account?
I'm having the same problem!!! it says i have an incorrect password. but it's the correct password. HELP!
Device password and username should definitely work. Are you logging in using your set device password (from the link on your online profile) and your numerical username shown on this page?

I'm defintely using the correct username and password and it still won't log me in. Do you know of any other methods I could use?
Driving me a bit nuts as I can log on to my computer and ipad no worries with the correct username/password but going through the Onkyo App I'm just not having any joy.

are you sure you are using premium account to log in to onkyo?
