I have signed up for a Spotify plan with Vodafone. Their customer service have registered me in Spotify with a Premium account. They asked me to log out and log in to Spotify and I should see my premium subscription enabled. I did that but I'm still showing as Free. Then I did a clean install. But still showing as Free. Please can anybody offer a further suggestion?

Yes, I had to give them my username and password + email while they were doing it. Now, I did give them the details over the phone....

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I wanted to ask someone from Spotify to check this out for you. I have now done that and unfortunately you will need to get in touch with Vodafone again to get this sorted. According to the Spotify system the subscription on your account has been set up and cancelled a number of times, the most recent termination being today (21st). Vodafone will need to restart your subscription from their end.
