Spotify for Podcasters has been changed, now I can't log in

Spotify for Podcasters has been changed, now I can't log in

In the past, I've had two accounts separately, one on Spotify for my playlists and listening, and a different account for Anchor/Spotify for podcasters for uploading episodes to my pod. Both on the same e-mail address. I logged in using different browsers.

With the merger, however, when I tried to updated by Spotify for Podcasters account, I get logged in to my other account, so I can't access my Spotify for Podcasters account anymore. What do I do? Please help!

I am sorry to hear this. In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Spotify for Creators team here. They will take a closer look and do their best to help.

So I used to post on my old podcast account through Anchor. Since the switch on Spotify Creators, I am not able to access it. I still have access to my email, but it won't send the code for me to gain access to it. I think this is because I am using an old school email and it won't send the codes. How can I get access?
