Spotify has been paused.......

Hi,

My spotify keeps getting paused when i play music, even when straight after i changed password. how is that possbile? and how can i fix it?

I can now only see a PC active on your account.  If you are still getting the paused issue, please contact the Support Team and we will try something else on your account to ensure that you are the only user.  Please post the case number in a reply to this thread (if you contact them) and I will chase it up for you.

Hey Crachus,

 

There are two active devices on your account at this moment.  That could be causing the pausing..  Simply go to this link and select the 'Sign out everywhere' option.  That should solve the issue.

I have done that, and also removed offline device.
Still not working 😞
