Spotify is logging me to the wrong account

So I made a spotify account awhile ago before you had to have facebook connected, then later I connected my facebook account, that all went fine, but now I changed some setting on facebook and all of the sudden when I log in with my facebook credentials in spotify it logs me in, but it takes me to that old first account again.so now I lost access to my "facebook spotify" account 😞 Is there a solution to this? I think I accidentally blocked spotify from my facebook or something.

What has happened here is it sounds like your two accounts have been merged, meaning the account tied to your Facebook login details will have been lost in the system.

It's not a problem though, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running on that account.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I always use my boyfriends facebook spotify account but now everytime i log in with his facebook account it goes to my facebook spotify. Sometimes it will say i am on his account but then i t has my playlist, and othertimes it.ll be his profile foto with my name. Now on all of his mobile devices he also gets logged into my spotify. Didn.t even know i had a spotify.

How do i solve this. His account is premium and i think i accidentally made an account which we both get logged into all the time now.

We tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on the i pad and phone but nothing changes. On our PC it now also logs into my account (no playlists) with his name.

What do we do now?! Can i simply delete my spotify account? And how?
