Spotify not allowing me to use my Facebook created account?

I've been kicked off my spotify account for a few months now and keep receiving an error an account doesnt exist when using the facebook login button. The same email I use for facebook i've been using to try and reset my password. I get an error that account does not exist. I've disconnected the Spotify app from my facebook account and trying to reconnect. I'm really sad to lose this account with years' worth of catalog. Can anyone help me fix this?

The best thing to do in this situation is reach out to our customer support team about this. Be ready with some previous receipts, as this will help them locate your original account. 

What could have happened is that the original account got disabled by the system due to security reasons.
