Spotify not recognising my premium membership

Spotify not recognising my premium membership

I've had spotify for the best part of 6 months, yesterday when I tried to download an album it said I needed to upgrade. After this happened all my music greyed out and I'm not able to listen to any! Help!

Yea, I am...

Spotify are aware of some payment issues with SofortDauerautfrag payments over the past month. If you use that payment method, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running again. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot....I´ll try to do it that way 😉

For some reason it shows as having spotify free, but my subscription came with my phone contract. I contacted my mobile provider to which they stated the subscription is on my account and then advised to get in touch with yourselves

I have the Same Problem. I have my Premium Account since 2012 and i checked my bank Account, so i know that I paid the monthly fee. I already tried to contact the Customer Support but they only told me to Check the Community for answers. Thats definately no Support!!!

I am with Vodafone, where they give me 24 month of premium

@LillyDarko - Vodafone have admitted they are having some issues with Spotify subscriptions, but the fault is on their end. You will need to get in touch with Vodafone to get back up and running again.
