My Question or Issue

I'm trying to create & have my own account as my original one has been shared with my older brother and it contains both of our liked songs, playlists, followings, searches, listens, etc.; so everything is mixed and the suggestions & algorithm isn't particular to only either of us.
But every time I try to create an account, it works for about a week, then it gets disabled! What usually happens is all of a sudden my password doesn't work. So I reset it, which allows me to get back in for a day or two, but by the time a week goes by, it's disabled! What's frustrating is that I'm not even informed (email or otherwise) that it's disabled! I'm on the 3rd (new account) time to have gone to "send us a message" to the customer service experts (using my relative's account just to be able to start messaging), they pretend like they're going to help me, but they come back stating they can't help and suddenly end the Spotify Support messaging window! Absolutely rude and unacceptable! Exactly like it's been described here:

I just want to have an account, Spotify! I don't know what's going on, but this seems to be a rampant issue, and for whatever the reason is, you're overreacting where it's interfering & blocking even just simple operations such as simply establishing an account!


Anyone else this is happening to or know of this happening (and/or why)? If it is also happening to you or are aware of the issue, please consider clicking that button that you also have this problem so maybe it will get the attention to those in charge of this in Spotify.

I know it sounds frustrating, but unfortunately we cannot help you with this here in the community. The official Customer Support is the only team who can handle cases with account-specific issues, like this one.
