Spotify subscription abruptly cancelled. Now Family Plan lost.

Spotify subscription abruptly cancelled. Now Family Plan lost.

I took advantage of a Christmas-time Spotify offer to open a family plan in 12/14. About three weeks ago on my billing date my Spotify service was abruptly turned off because Spotify was unable to contact my bank. After several go-rounds, I finally got my Spotify back and running, but the rest of my family has been locked out. Now when I look at my account page I see that my account is pre-paid premium and will expire in a couple of weeks. Apparently, rather than resolve the issue with the bank, they just put me on month-to-month.

My questions:

How do I get my family re-instated?

How do I get back to subscription status?
