Spotify thinks I'm abroad

Hi there,

 

I cannot access my free Spotify account as it thinks I am abroad while I am not. I have recently been abroad for 3 weeks but am back now, how can this issue be fixed?

Hi Sarah,

 

Are you using a VPN by any chance?

 

If not please try the steps below.

 

  1. Log into your account page on the Spotify website
  2. Select "Subscription" in the left panel
  3. Click "Update Details"
  4. Click "..." for more options
  5. Click "Change Country" and select the country you want to move your account to.
