Spotify w/ Hulu

I cannot connect my Spotify premium with Hulu it keeps telling me the page is not found when I click on the "I have a Hulu account" option

Firstly, sorry it took so long to get back to you. 

Could you try to redeem the Hulu subscription using an incognito tab on your browser? And if possible, you could try to do it using another device, as well. It can be just a cookie/cache misbehavior.
