Start a new Family Account

Hi,

 

I'm already using a Spotify Family account, but I would like to change of group and join another one (Family account) as I'm moving in another country. Will I lose all my actuals playlists if I do so?

 

I hope that sby knows... Would be great to know ! 🙂

Hey @JéromineWille,

 

When your account reverts back to Free, offline music will be removed from your devices. Once you're Premium/part of a Premium for Family plan again, you can re-download your music 🙂

Hola acabo de crear bajo mi administración una cuenta familiar pero mis usuarios que les he enviado el enlace no pueden ingresar...qué puedo hacer? Ojala alguien me pueda ayudar. Gracias
