Still not getting premium

I asked for help with this already and was told to log out and back in, and if that didn't work then I was told to delete and reinstall. Which I did all those, and I'm still not getting premium.

Your account is showing as being Premium so you should be able to use those features.  Please let us know if this continues and we get this forced through for you.
