Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any 'free trial mode'. Users on a trial receive the same Premium features as users who pay for Premium reguarly.

If you can post a screenshot of your issue or provide additional info, I'll be happy to take a deeper look into it. 🙂
