Subscripition canceld but still payed for october.

Subscripition canceld but still payed for october.

Hello so i got a problem. I was charged for October even i canceld spotify premium.

I choosed the klarna payment.

Hey @Caddilactic__,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

It sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.

There is only option to buy premium. I did complete but i didn't get any email.

In this case, we'd recommend reaching out to Spotify Support so they can look into this:

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
