Sexta-feira dia 07 de outubro, eu fiz o pagamento para obter a conta premium. Contudo, demorou muito para o aplicativo validar minha assinatura, enquanto esperava o loading screen infinito, meu app do cartรฃo de crรฉdito me mostrou que havia sido feito o pagamento, entรฃo o app do spotify travou quando eu reiniciei minha conta ainda estava free e eu nรฃo recebi nenhum comprovante do spotify pela compra como de costume. Segue anexado um jpg que mostra o valor cobrado e pago.

 

Friday 07 October, I made the payment to get the premium account. However, it too so long to the app validate my signature, while waiting for the endless screen loading, my credit card app showed me that i had made the payment, then the spotify app crashed when I restarted the app it was still free and and I did not received any receipt for the purchase on my e-mail as usual. I attached a jpg showing the charged and paid done by my credit card app.

Well if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely a pending charge.

thanks man, but i think thats not the case. its not pending, i was charged already.
