I started a free 30 day trial a few days ago. But I can not get premium to work on my phone. When I click "download" for an album it says I need to upgrade and when I do nothing happens. I checked my card info and login info. Everything is current and correct. Why won't this work.

Hey @Ethan911,

 

Maybe you're logged into another account on your phone. I'd recommend making sure that you're logging into the right account using the username that you're using on your computer.
