Hi! I availed the 9 pesos promo for 3 months but it is charging me 129php.i dont understand. I have a postpaid plan on my phone and the charges will be deducted from this. i received an email with the receipt and it says my premium account will be activated once youve process my order... how will i know that my account is already activated? What account should i use to log in,can i use my fb accnt still even though i has a diffrent email add from the one you are sending me mails? Pls help, im really confuse

It's best if you contact Spotify support.

Tell them as much information you can. Once you have sent it, you will get an automatic email. Reply to it for a faster responce.

 

Please note; replies are slower on holidays/weekends.

Hey superwisdom,thnk u for the help very much appreciate it. The customer support have already answerd my questn and told me that the 9php promo for 3 months can only be availd if it were purchased directly frm the website...very disappointed on this, i thnk it is very misleading coz it doesnt say anywhere to do that. one of the reason why i got the premium is bec. Of that promo other than of course it is the best music app for me but what can i do.anywez,, thanks

Question on this I hope you might enlighten me. I have also sent my query to Spotify support. And here it goes..

Hi. I'm from PH and since there's a promo circulating the net about P9.00/3mos Premium upgrade for spotify, I availed it just around 2am (March 12, 2016 PH time). I even received a receipt via email that what I purchased cost ONLY P9.00. Upon checking my credit card which has an initial P300.00 (it's an eprepaid card from BPI), it now only has P150.45.
