My Question or Issue

I'm trying to switch plans from Student to Family and isn't working.
It shows an error message, everytime I try to switch.

Help please.

Can you try to accept the invite from an incognito/private window?

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try to accept the invite from another device?

 

Note: Members can only switch Family plans once a year.
