Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

This type of case may happen for different reasons. So first, we'd recommend checking your bank statement/transactions to check if both payments were properly processed. If not, it's possible that one of the payments was failed and it generates an authorization charge made by your bank. This one is automatically returned to your bank account as mentioned here.

 

However, if both transactions were properly processed, it's possible that you could be paying for more than one subscription by mistake. In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check your payments and help you further.
