Estou tentando mudar minha conta para outro e-mail, mas ai diz que o e-mail ja esta em uso.

Então eu tento entrar no Spotify com essa conta de e-mail que ja esta em uso, coloco pra recuperar senha, e não vai. Diz que não há conta associada a este e-mail.

Preciso de ajuda!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!


This type of message is displayed when the account linked to that email address was recently deleted and the email is not yet available to be set on another account. If that's the case, keep in mind that you can use the email after 14 days from the date of closing that account.

 

If the other account was not recently deleted, we'd recommend trying with a different email address to see if the error persists.
