Trouble with premium. Charged but not premium!!!

Hello,

I was  premium until this month paying via Itunes account. Changed my phone to Android (OS is Android, phone is Samsung S7 Edge) and suspended payment on iphone. My premium expired around 4 days ago. On my Android I made yearly subscription after premium suspended notification with one card (didn´t checked if was charged yet) and nothing happened, same 4 days ago. Tuesday, tried with an International card (i´m from Brazil) wich has an App on my phone, and same time got the message that I was charged on the yearly subscription. But, I´m still becoming message that my premium account is on standby.

Let's get to solving this.

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
