Trying to contact support over several weeks without reply

a friend of mine can't use her spotify account anymore this is what we wrote several time to the customer service without reply!
I'm a paying customer and she has a premium abo t0o and in 2 months we did'nt get one reply from a HUMAN!

I logged into spotify on the computer of a friend, and since then spotify is showing his profile information when loggin into the spotify website.  And i can't login into the spotify app with my password.
I also can't change any profile information because the password is wrong.

can anybody help me with this?

I had a premium abo running and tried contacting support several time without reply!

When you contacted Support if got an automated reply, did you reply directly to that email? (Even it was an no-reply).
