My Question or Issue

I created an account a long time ago and also had an account on anchor.fm a long time ago.

I'm trying to access the podcast that I set-up on anchor.fm by logging into my spotify account.

Here's the issue, when I go to login, the credentials don't work, so I click reset password and get an error message that my email is not associated with the account. 

Then I go to create a new account using that same email and I get an error saying that email is associated to an account.  I'm in an endless loop and really need to access this. Please help!

When you have this behaviour where one error shows the account doesn't exist while it's also not possible to create a new account with that email, this means that the account is most likely disabled. This means that it still exists, but logging into it isn't possible. Check this article for more info on that, including how to get the account back.
