My Question or Issue

 Hi, I’m unable to log into Spotify as I’ve forgotten my password, the problem is I can’t send a reset to my email address as it is no longer in use and I do not know the password to that! I am just wanting to update the account to a new email but unable to as I have no options. I’ve created this account as a new one but my other is premium. How do I deal with this? Is it a case of creating a new account as I have and cancelling the direct debt through my bank and re set up?

hi there in this situation the only way that you can recover your account is using the Contact Form also you have to proof it's the account you own.

Once you contact Spotify, it should take somewhere between 24 to 72 hours however it might take a bit longer.
