My Question or Issue

Hello !

I’m trying to join a duo subscription, but of course to do it I need to specify my adress . 


unfortunately I am unable to fill my adress , an error occurs every time I try ( see attachment )

Do you know how to solve that issue ?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

I recommend that you ask the plan manager to send you a new invitation link and once you get it, you can try to accept it using another device or browser, just to make sure the cookies and caches are not being troubled here. Last, but not least don't forget to make sure the Location Services permissions are enabled on the device you're using, because it's important to validade the address properly.

 

I also saw on the screenshots that there is a new version of your Google Chrome, maybe if you update it, it could help...
