Unable to update country settings.

Unable to update country settings.

I have moved from US. I am unable to update the country when I log in and try to update it. The selection for country is currently on the US, but is greyed out so I can’t select a different country.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

That's most likely because you're on a Premium plan. You can learn how to update your country setting here.  🙂

Thanks very much for the reply. I am on premium. When I got to update the payment to the credit card issued in the new country, it will not accept it as it is in a different country to my current country/region. But it will not let me change my region (grey out and no drop down when selected) until I update my payment method to the new country...I am in a doom loop that I can't seem to break.
