Unknown PS4 connected to my account

I have somehow a PS4 in my device list but I can't remember that I've ever logged into a PS4. I don't even own or know someone who has a PS4.

That's not cool there's a PS4 with your account on it. It's possible a family member who knows your account details could have signed you in at one point, or that you might have signed into someone's PS4 by mistake. Do any of your friends or family members own a PS4?

Not saying you did, of course, I'm just going over possibilities to jog your memory in case you've forgotten. I know I forget about all my accounts since there's so many to remember these days.

Below are the instructions taken from the Spotify Playstation FAQ page:

I LINKED MY SPOTIFY ACCOUNT TO SOMEONE ELSE’S PLAYSTATION™NETWORK. HOW DO I DISCONNECT?

Please ask the other person to log out of your Spotify account.

Note: The Sign Out Everywhere button on your Spotify account page will not sign you out of PlayStation®.

I'm sorry but this didn't help me at all. SONY doesn't give me further advice on how I get my account from the PS4 disconnected. Should i write a support ticket to SONY? Or is there even a oppurtinity to write a support ticket? 
I mean the PS4 hasn't affected me too much yet, since it doesn't interrupt my music or something like this. But it still annoys me that there's a PS4 logged in with my account. I also wonder how the person who owns that PS4 doesn't notice?

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. This slipped under my radar when the new year hit. However, you're on the right track!

Since Spotify account authorization is handled through a Playstation account directly, I would definitely get in touch with Sony/Playstation and let them know someone's PSN account has access to login to your Spotify acount. The best way to reach them is via the @AskPlaystation Twitter handle.

I have quite the same issue, I can't replay the same song and have limited skips and I have premium (now the trial).
