Upgraded to premium but iOS apps wont update

I've tried logging out/in, turning off device, and reinstalling app. Still not letting me access premium content on iPad or iPhone.

Having the same problem. VERY unhappy with this service. Why are they promoting something which isn't working? Ridiculous.

Hey guys 🙂 

From the amount of posts on the community tonight, it appears there is a delay between accounts being upgraded and those subscriptions being recognised on your devices. Fingers crossed it is just a temporary slowdown and things will return to normal soon. Keep try logging out and back in again.

There does appear to be a slight delay with upgrading accounts. Sit tight, they will upgrade, don't worry.

I'm having the same issue... i upgraded a few hours ago and still don't have premium access... 

how long does this typical take? I'm need it quickly...

Just had this problem. Bought Spotify Premium this morning, worked on Windows 7 app. Tried on iPhone 4s/latest iOS and said I wasn't a premium member. Deleted app, restarted phone and reinstalled app and then it worked.
