Username Trademarked

Hello

I am trying to create a Spotify account using my trademarked brand name (Xstrology) but the name is already taken. I intend to use Spotify to further the brands social presence but cannot when another entity is namesquatting this brand on Spotify. Is there anything that can be done about this?
