i need to cancel a premium subscription to an account i dont have access to

  i have this issue. i´ve been charged today with 2 premium accounts, mine (which is fine), and my ex-girlfriends account.

i need to cancel this premium subscription for a account that i dont have any data (user name, password, or email), but its charging to my credit card. any help please?

Hi Khuasta,

You will need to contact Support and they will help cancel the subscription.  The team will need the username of the other account and some details about the payment method.  They should then be able to remove your payment details and stop any further charges from the other account.
