How do I set up a premium Spotify account in Spain if I don't have a Spanish bank account?

In that case, you can check if there are any prepaid payment methods available. If not, you'll need to get a payment method that's been issued in Spain if you'd like to subscribe to Premium there.

Yup, if there are Spotify Gift Cards available (or other prepaid payment methods which are offered on the payment page), you can use those to get Prenium, even if you don't have a recurring payment method that's been issued in Spain.
