Uv been charged as premium but it is no activated

Uv been charged as premium but it is no activated

Hi, I paid with my credit card the 3 month offer and My account didn't upgrade to premium. I used Visa and I have the payment receipt. Can you please tell me how to solve this? I already sing out and in several times and nothing changed. Thanks

Welcome to the Community! on the main page, under Account overview, does it say Premium or still Free?

I'm having the same problem. I bought it for three months, and got one week premium. It's just expired and I tried to contact spotlify and they just send me here. (My account is free and I have been charged the dollar)

Hi... Account remains FREE... What should I do? I already sent a form to spotify in order to claim for this issue... Nothing yet from them so far.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

What can I do? I paid my premium account. But it still free. I revived the charge in the credit card.
