I am in need of a little help with my Spotify account, I currently have a 3-month subscription to Spotify Premium and have since been given an offer from Vodafone for a free 2 year Spotify account.
I have tried to activate my Vodafone offer but Spotify will not accept it because I already have the existing Premium account, so I decided to cancel my existing Premium account but Spotify still won’t allow me to register my Vodafone Premium account. I don’t want to set up a new account because I would like to keep my existing playlists etc.

Hey @Sybexx!

 

hanks for posting in the Spotify community. To make use of the Vodafone offer you will have to make a new account, but you don't have to lose your playlists and songs. First, make a new account with the Vodafone offer, then contact Support here and ask them to manually move your songs and playlist from your old account to your new one.
