Why I still listen comercial and I got premium?

I got duo premium but in my app still got the free version 😒

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

One of the main features of the Premium subscription is the ability to listen to your favorite music Ad-free. By saying that you're still hearing ads, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium. Can you please double check that?
In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page under Your plan. If you are not seeing Premium Duo on this account but you know you've activated the subscription, it's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and you've updated one of them to Duo and the other one is still on free. If that's the case, we'd recommend that you try locating your other account with the steps here.

It's also worth mentioning that the app needs some time to refresh if you've change subscriptions and that might also be the reason why you're still not seeing Duo. 
 

Please note that Spotify doesn't play advertisements for our Premium users but some podcasts may include ads in their content. It's up to the podcast creators if they would like to have third-party advertising, host-read endorsements or sponsorship messages in their episodes.

Since few day, when I listen some music or podcast on my computer, I have some ads from Avast (not included on the podcast) are playing, but I pay for Premium for not to have listen ad ! And I don't find any support mail for having an answer for the question : Why I have to listen ads now when I pay since for more two years for not be interrupted by ads ? (I'm a super angry franch girl now !)

Boa noite moderador, eu estou com um probleminha, pago a assinatura Duo, na minha conta não tem comercial, mas na conta da minha esposa, fica aparecendo comercial a cada 6 músicas tocada, nas configurações do app de ambos os celulares, é mostrado que estão na conta Duo, o que pode ser?

Since the ads appear even when playing music, she's most likely logged in to a free account. This article will help her locate the Premium Duo one so she can enjoy listening to her favorite tunes without interruption.
