Why am I still getting emails?

I have unsubscribed many times and I am still getting emails. I keep getting the same emails saying that somebody that I follow added new songs to playlists that I am following and it is getting really annoying. I do not want emails from Spotify anymore.

If you have unselected all of the email options from your online profile but you are still getting emails, I suspect you have another account somewhere in the Spotify system. 

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can have a look for you and make sure all notifications are off. Alternatively, they can remove your account completely if you would prefer that (and you can always re-register in the future).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

It happens sometimes accidentally, it's surprisingly common if you use the same email address for Spotify as you do for Facebook.

Does launching in incognito or private mode work?

Two new emails from Spotify came in my AOL Mail Inbox yesterday. I want this to stop because I do not want  the emails anymore.
