Why i can play simultaneously different song on several apps

Hello,

 

For the past few weeks, you have been able to run several Spotify applications and listen to different songs in each application. Of course, you are logged into the same account on each application. Unfortunately, restarting and reinstalling the application does not help

Nothing helps 😉

Hey @kongissPL,

 

The described behaviour should only be possible if you're running the apps in offline mode.
In case they are online, they sync together. You should only be able to listen to one song on one device at a time if you're using the same account on different platforms simultaneously.

exactly - and it works that before.

I also cannot connect from desktop/phone to any spotify connect device - play from phone to desktop for example.

but how can i restore this funcionality ? like i mention, try logout of all app, reinstall - not works.

Thanks for the reply. This sounds similar to the recently resolved issue with Connect. Can you please confirm what app versions you're using across your devices? If you haven't updated to the latest versions, please do so.

im using:

1.2.11.916.geb595a67 on windows

1.2.11.916.geb595a67 Spotify na macOS (Apple Silicon)

and 8.8.37.574 on iphone

 

looks like latest.

connect for me works only from web app - running apps don't talk to each other (can't play from phone to desktop or from desktop to other desktop for example)
