Wont let me Sign up

hi does anyone know why Spotify wont let me sign up? at first it kept saying my email was already linked to an account (not true) and when I tried with another email it just kept loading and kept saying oops something went wrong. it wasnt my internet either because I was on youtube at the same time. PLEASE HELP. this is my 4th time  trying to sign up.

That doesn't sound good! Let's try some troubleshooting first 🙂 Have you tried the steps in this support site article? You can also try clearing out the cache and cookies memory in your browser or opening an incognito/private window and try signing up again.
