account support required

Hi

Ive had to set up this spotify account to access this help section as there is no technical service available unless you log in that I can find.

The problem I have is that when I try to log in to my normal spotify account on my iphone 6 and choose "log in with facebook" it gives me error 404. (it has done this all week)

I tried to log in with my laptop using my email adress to revover my password and it says "oops something went wrong, please tray again or check out our help area" I have tried the help area but I still havent found a way to access my account. Can someone please help me....

On your iPhone does it make any difference trying to login through WiFi or cellular?

No it doesn't sorry. I have tried both cellular and Wifi

I also can access on my laptop. Is there anyway to contact someone at spotiy to help do you think?

@jontirhodes Contact the accounts team through the online contact form and hopefully they can sort this out. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should hear from a representative within 24-48 hours.
