My Question or Issue

Im automatically logged in to Spotify on my phone. However, when I try to log in on my laptop browser or laptop app it tells me the username/email or password is incorrect. I have checked the spotify password on my phone's password manager and according to that I am using the correct one. In my spotify settings it it confirms the email Im using.

I know resetting the password is an option but at the moment, since it's telling me an apparently correct password is incorrect, I don't trust the password system on spotify. I'm therefore reluctant to try anything and risk getting locked out on my phone as well.

Hey @lashbash85,

Thanks for reaching out.

Have you made sure that the username you're entering when logging in is the right one? 🙂 You can check your username in the mobile app, just head into Settings > Account.

Let me know how it goes!
