I can't access my account. It is not a password issue, i can't even get in that far

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you out. Can you let me know what happens when you try to log into the Spotify app? I'd also suggest you try having a password reset here with the email address you used for your account.

If you can't even get to the login screen, there might be an issue with your app. I'd recommend having a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
