cannot invite family member

I upgraded to Premium Family and cannot locate the button to invite family members residing in my household.  I added names/addresses to confirm their address.  I read prior posts (troubleshooting) and cancelled then renewed my subscription in hopes of locating the button that would allow me to indicate how many family members I want to add.  This question is not asked.  Any suggestions?
