When I try to login using my facebook email and password, it says my email/password is invalid. This just started happening yesterday. I don't know if this is related to me continuing my spotify premium account for the 30 day trial, since this also happened yesterday. I have taken the following steps already, to no avail:
1. I triple-checked my facebook email and password
2. I changed my password
3. I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify.
None of this has worked. Please help.

I've been tinkering around and here's what I've figured out. It seems I have somehow created a duplicate account. I don't remember doing this, but there you are. I was able to log in to spotify using my original non-facebook Spotify login. Then I have to unsubscribe from premium on my other account so I can connect the original account with facebook. Hope this helps some of you!
Same problem. I want to cancel but it tells me to enter my password to confirm the cancellation. I do so, and it says the password is incorrect.
I want the premium GONE and I am very sure that the password I am entering is correct.
Telling me I have to wait 3 days for a reply from Customer Help is down right rediculous.
Well, the song plays on Spotify, but it does it without logging me in.
I am having the exact same issue, and have done all of the steps you have to no avail. My login and password are obviously not invalid since I can log in on the spotify website. It asks me to login twice..the first login works, then it pops up the spotify program and asks me to login again and tells me that it's invalid.
Yes. The double login thing also happens to me. Though, I prefer Spotify to Pandora 😉
Me too, but only when it's playing music..lol. Removed the snarky grumpiness, though 😉
I have had same issue cant connect. I have been using it and sharing on facebook for some time kind of frustrated. I have been trying all morning. It will sign in through fb then ask me to sign in again. I checked everything Please help

I'm having the same issue, for the second day in a row. Changed my Spotify password, my facebook password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app This is kind of what I was afraid of when I signed up for Spotify Premium -- not being able to listen to music I'm paying for. Not that it's going to kill me, but is just ridiculous. Been using my old iTunes library.

Is there any way you could end my subscription on the facebook account early? I don't want to have to wait a month to connect to facebook on my original account.
well, except now I I've lost all my starred songs. How did that happen?
It's inaccurate to say we created "duplicate accounts." We signed up for Spotify using the normal method (prior to Sept. 2011), and then connected them to our Facebook accounts because Spotify forced us to.
I changed password still no luck can i just have a new account that connects to Fb please. Ill start from scratch would like to start today thoguth
Exact same problem here. Yesteday evening I noticed my laptop which had been running spotify and left logged in was showing the Spotify login screen. So I logged in (using FB login) and it made like I was a new customer - got the welcome screen. So I clicked the "already a customer" link and it asked me to log in (again!) but then said my details were wrong. Check my desktop in my office which had also been running Spotify and is never switched off, and it showed the same thing. As I had not been in my office all weekend and it was locked then it must have logged itself off!
Logged into my spotify account on the web and it says I'm a free subsription user. I'm not, I am a paying Premium customer, as of end January.
I do not believe I have a duplicate account. I did *nothing* (I was out all day yesterday!) and it just seemed to have logged me out on it's own and started acting like this.
I want my account and playlists back TODAY. If it's not sorted by tomorrow morning I will certainly be wanting my money back and will therefore file a payment dispute with PayPal. Then will switch back to Napster.
Update.
I can now log in with my facebook account but all my old stuff is gone.
Playlists etc not sure if it is sharing the sogns as well.
