cant login on desktop after logging out. deleted facebook ages ago.

Windows10, Desktop.

So I saw my spotify desktop username was (bunch of numbers)

I discovered I needed to set display name.  I could not do it on desktop so I did on mobile.

That worked.

I went to desktop, display name still all numbers.

So I logged out; to log in and see if it refreshed.

But could not log in! 

Changed password for email address, and now when I log in to spotify it is a 'Free' account, and has lost all my playlists!

I think I must have had my desktop setup with a facebook account, but I deleted it facebook ages ago!

Now I am paying for a premium account I cant use and have lost all my playlists!

Help!

((Support has emailed me back right away and seem to have a solution;  this is good and great support! ... we shall see if it works or not 😉  ))
