changing countries and credit card

Hi there,

I have recently moved from belgium to Canada and as my Belgian credit card is cancelled i want to change the payment system to my Canadian MasterCard but it wont accept it despite my having confirmed that I am now in Canada when asked by spotify. I have called MasterCard and they say that the problem is not at thier end, they r not blocking the payment.... can anyone suggest what i am doing wrong

You need to change your country first:
https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/ (I am not sure if you will be able to do it there, so you might have to contact Spotify support here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact)
You should be able to subscribe to Spotify again then.
