help it wont let me pay premium

im trying to pay for 3 months .99 but when i tried putting in my credit card, it said that the credit card provider is having a bad day and to try another payment method so i got my parents credit card but the same thing came up and i dont know what to do. please help.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
